Vegetarian Lasagne recipe

I tried a recipe for Vegetarian Lasagne but tweaked it a little bit to fit with what I had in the pantry.

Building your lasagne in layers: For the first layer add half a cup of tomato sauce, then cover with pasta sheets. Next layer with half of the cottage cheese mixture, then tomato sauce and spread out half a cup of shredded cheese. Add another layer of lasagne pasta sheets, add a cup of shredded cheese and add a further layer of lasagne pasta. spread out a layer of the tomato sauce, then a cup of shredded cheese. Cover with aluminium foil and place in oven for 18 minutes. After 18 minutes remove the aluminium foil and place back in oven for another 12 minutes. Remove from oven and leave to cool for 15 minutes.
